Moscow Body Art Festival
The Moscow body art festival is a celebration of using color and the human body as our canvases. Some like to paint on fabric, we believe it's better to paint on ourselves. This celebration shows off airbrushing, tattooing, and other forms of body art. Make plans to visit our event and see how beautiful the human body can become.
Visitors can take a river bus at the berth near the Kievsky Railway Station, Novospassky Bridge in Gorky Park, at the Sparrow Hills, etc. On the way you will see such iconic Moscow sights as the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the monument to Peter the Great, Krymsky Bridge, Gorky Park’s embankment, the Academy of Sciences, Moscow State University and Novodevichy Convent.
Nights of Arts
The 5th Night of the Arts festival will take place in Moscow. It is held annually on first Tuesday or Friday of November. Arts Night usually takes place on Unity Day. This year the slogan of it is “Art Unites.” The purpose of the festival is to show the richness and the variety of ethnic and regional culture, as well as to attract the attention of people in Moscow to the city’s past and present.
Theatre of the Nations
The theatre of the nation will present modern video art together with electronic music. The Sci-Fi Music programme will begin with an audiovisual show called Discretisation produced by the Stain Studio. The performance will demonstrate how music can be transformed into a modern piece of art and how sound can create colourful visual images in real time.
